  • have experience with all kind of land titles and “off the plan” conveyancing;
  • able to manage conveyancing from start to end, multi task, prioritise & meet deadlines;
  • able to conduct general research, create, amend and format documents;
  • have at least 1 year conveyancing experience;
  • speak Mandarin essential, Cantonese desirable
